Architecture

ENTITY is a complete governed digital-economic fabric.

The implementation combines persistent identity, delegated authority, machine-readable rights, governed information, evidence, market execution, economic participation, causal lineage and provider-independent recovery. Sovereignty protects these relationships across infrastructure change; it is not the system's only capability.

ENTITY → AUTHORITY → RIGHT → EVENT → VALUE
Five primitives

One primitive model across identity, AI, data and markets.

ENTITY

Persistent people, organizations, AI agents, datasets, documents, models, software, APIs, devices, vehicles, buildings, research, digital twins, financial instruments and physical assets.

AUTHORITY

Explicit delegations for act, sign, access data, execute, purchase, license, settle, publish, resolve, delegate and control—with scope, expiry and revocation.

RIGHT

Inspect, read, copy, derive, train, infer, execute, modify, redistribute, commercialize, control and transfer under explicit constraints.

EVENT

Governed state transitions, usage, provenance, market actions, attestations and external consequences with replay/evidence boundaries.

VALUE

Potential, offer, contracted, accrued, settled and realized economic state without pretending an assertion is automatically market value.

Universal transaction fabric

The control plane under the market.

The transaction fabric binds governed objects to delegated authority, rights, provenance, attestations, trust policies, events, value and resolution. Authorized use can create a settlement obligation while explicitly preserving that ownership has not been transferred and external money movement remains unverified until separate evidence exists.

Exchange Protocol

An implemented rights-based market engine.

DCO → INSTRUMENT → LISTING → DISCLOSURE → ORDER / RFQ / AUCTION → PRICE DISCOVERY → TRADE → CLEARING → SETTLEMENT → ENTITLEMENT → USAGE → DERIVED OUTPUT → ECONOMIC CONSEQUENCE

Venues & execution

Venues advertise jurisdiction, policy and execution models. ENTITY supports order books, call auctions and request-for-quote execution.

Rights instruments

Spot licences, subscriptions, compute-to-data, procurement, contribution and secondary-licence instruments package bounded rights rather than pretending the data bytes are scarce.

Post-trade & usage

Balances, clearing, entitlements and usage preserve what was acquired and exercised; execution remains separate from verified payment.

Market integrity

Disclosures, cancellations, surveillance, revenue-rule sets, authorized settlement verifiers and payment attestations are first-class state.

Economic participation

Treasury and originator economics without a token.

ENTITY can bind explicitly established reserve units, primary participation, secondary royalty terms, derivative participation and service revenue to rights instruments. Service categories include listing, execution, clearing, settlement, market data, certification, managed infrastructure, API and index licensing.

The implementation defines a 0 bps protocol tax. Participation comes from disclosed ownership/rights units, contractual terms and services—not from provenance silently inventing an entitlement.
Market recovery

The economy can survive the exchange that hosted it.

Market recovery snapshots the logical state of venues, instruments, balances, listings, orders, trades, clearing, entitlements, disclosures, usage, revenue rules, surveillance, RFQs/quotes, cancellations, settlement verifiers and payment attestations, together with treasury/participation state.

Semantic recovery

Canonical row snapshots and semantic SHA-256 roots preserve economic meaning independently of database-file layout.

Identity-bound restore

Identity manifests and controller attestations travel with the recovery package so provider possession does not become market authority.

BTDU + ADAM + NIKI

Information, deterministic state and causal intelligence remain separated from authority.

BTDU

Governed information topology: exact objects, atoms, bonds, compounds, relationships, indexes, repository manifests and economic nodes/edges under ENTITY authorization.

ADAM

Deterministic atom/bond state transformation, replay and recovery. It executes state; it does not independently grant rights.

NIKI

Approved causal models and bounded reasoning over governed information. Model output does not become authority, ownership or settlement merely because it was inferred.

BTDU tested properties

Compact storage and exact recovery are part of the engineering evidence.

97% lower storage requirement

The controlled BTDU benchmark measured a 97% lower storage requirement against the tested baseline. The percentage is intentionally bounded to that benchmark rather than generalized to every workload.

100% exact qualified destruction recovery

The qualified destruction/cold-recovery campaign reconstructed the tested state exactly. Memnox recovered 865/865 tracked blobs plus archive, manifest and upstream-acceptance proof without the original workspace, Git, GitHub or network.

Evidence boundary: these are measured results for qualified tests, not a promise that every workload achieves 97% savings or that arbitrary damaged data can always be recovered.
Verifiable reality & causal economics

Claims can be economically traceable without being declared indisputable truth.

ENTITY represents evidence states from unknown/observed/asserted through attested, externally verified, adjudicated, disputed and revoked. Its causal-economic graph can connect contributors, source data, DCOs, rights, licences, usage, derived assets, products, transactions, revenue and settlement only through evidence-bearing causal edges.

External economic lineage →
Global infrastructure

Economic state is surrounded by privacy, network and cryptographic controls.

Privacy & retention

Purpose-bound access, expiry, use caps, revocation, selective retention, legal holds and evidenced destruction.

Federated/offline topology

Core, regional, edge, satellite and offline nodes; vector-clock checkpoints and fail-closed conflict handling rather than automatic last-writer-wins.

Crypto migration

Versioned cryptographic suites, dual-sign transitions, retirement windows and downgrade resistance.

Provider-neutral custody

AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, local filesystem and HTTP locators without making the provider the authority.

Adoption

Passports, standards and industry packages compose the same fabric.

Rights/global passports bind existing state rather than replacing it. Standards adapters cover ODRL, W3C VC, DID, GAIA-X and IDS with explicit translation boundaries. Industry packages target healthcare, finance, manufacturing, AI, robotics and public/unclassified defence.

Architecture boundary: hosting is not authority; access is not ownership; provenance is not truth; a trade is not verified payment; economic observation is not accounting fair value; and an AI inference does not mint rights.
