Data rights & continuous provenance
ENTITY treats the economically meaningful object as explicit rights, entitlements and evidence around data rather than pretending the bytes themselves must become scarce.
Problem
Digital information is non-rival: copying bytes does not inherently remove the original. Scarcity can instead exist in authorization, usage quantity, duration, jurisdiction, redistribution, derivation, commercialization and participation rights.
What to inspect
Provenance ≠ truth
ENTITY can preserve who asserted, signed, transformed or derived an object without treating provenance itself as proof that the underlying external claim is true.
Registration ≠ ownership
Ingestion, custody, routing and storage do not automatically transfer upstream ownership or create an economic entitlement.
Rights are explicit
Rights can describe access, query, training, derivation, redistribution, commercialization and other governed uses.
Economic consequences require evidence
Usage does not become realized value merely because a system records an event; the applicable evidence and rule conditions must be satisfied.

The Blackmore Technology Data Universe represents structured, semantic and relational information as reusable atoms, bonds and compounds that can be connected to ENTITY authority, provenance and rights. In ENTITY v3.4.3 the BTDU component remains 3.4.2 unchanged.
