Exchange overview
What Bit Trade Global Exchange is designed to do
BTG Exchange is the proposed market infrastructure for discoverable, evidenced digital assets and their legally defined commercial rights. Its private software remains proprietary to Blackmore Technology Group Limited. Publishing this manual does not grant access to exchange source code.
Commercial data-rights transactions
An issuer or rights holder could submit a non-sensitive asset description, technical evidence, use restrictions and a Rights Passport. Qualified buyers could evaluate and, where permitted, acquire a narrowly defined licence. Price discovery would depend on real bids, asks and completed transactions—not solely a developer's target price.
DCOs and data investment instruments
A Data Commodity Offering (DCO) is BTG's proposed instrument framework. Its legal nature depends on what the purchaser actually receives. A right to run an algorithm, a share in an issuing company and a claim on future revenue are not identical contracts. Some structures can be securities and require securities-law compliance.
Illustrative design identifiers: DCO-000001 (robotics failure and recovery dataset) and DCO-000002 (associated robotics algorithm). These examples are not statements of current legal title, customer revenue, price or authorization to trade.
The issuance workflow
Asset evidence → rights review → product/contract classification → issuer and disclosure review → approved listing conditions → applicable customer or investor eligibility → execution through legally authorized services → settlement reconciliation → applicable contributor or investor entitlements.
Regulatory boundary
BTG's October 2026 master dossier explicitly describes its investment package as design and consultation draft. It does not establish securities exchange recognition, permission for live order matching, cleared subscriptions, authorized secondary trading or financial returns. The commercial licensing route and regulated securities route must remain distinct.
