A single continuous example — hypothetical, not a current offering
Subject: DCO-000001 is the working reference to a robotics failure-and-recovery dataset. This educational example illustrates how the separate systems would cooperate. It is not an assertion that a rights-cleared dataset, incorporated issuer, financial security, licensed marketplace or client funds presently exist.
1. Lawful source and Bridge
A lawful contributor or organization documents its authority to supply specified robot-failure observations. Bridge permits only explicitly described data, purpose and recipient. Confidential inputs stay protected and can be withdrawn prospectively under applicable conditions.
2. Research mandate
A sponsor asks for an algorithm that reduces repeated robot recovery failures; success criteria and forbidden operations are set before computation. The research result is not presumed useful.
3. NIKI creates candidate
NIKI proposes a candidate method. Freeze the candidate identity, its version and relevant inputs so testing is not a moving target.
4. FarmNodes evaluate
An authorized lab tests the method with recorded environment, restrictions, holdout cases and actual failures. Independent farms must truly use separately qualified resources before they are called independent.
5. Circuit qualification
A verified algorithm may be packaged as a DataChip. Inputs, outputs, dependencies, negative tests and a versioned Circuit Genome explain how it can be reused.
6. BTDU preserves knowledge
The authoritative research payload and its provenances are retained. Semantic views make records findable while exact-byte reconstruction and permissions are separately tested.
7. ENTITY rights and ADAM authority
ENTITY references source identity, permission and provenance, while ADAM enforces which governed actions are allowed. Neither can turn an invalid legal title into valid title merely by signing a record.
8. Commercial path U or A
Where an actual rights holder has the authority, a customer could obtain a paid licence to use a specified service. A genuinely transferable IP interest would require its own assignment/contract and review.
9. Separate investment path I
A legally established issuer might seek to sell securities whose economic thesis centres on that asset. Actual financial statements, offering and distribution authority, custody and investors’ legal entitlements are all necessary. No step is completed by creating a fictional ticker.
10. Reconciliation and accountability
Actual transactions require reconciled fiat movement and corresponding lawful rights or securities records. A public proof can reference a verified event without exposing personal data or private algorithms.
11. Failure handling
If title is disputed, consent lacks scope, research fails, issuer authority is absent or settlement cannot be reconciled, admission stops at the appropriate boundary and the record remains visibly pending or rejected.
At each step, ask one question
| Question | Do not mistake it for |
|---|---|
| Was source access legal? | A login, download, signature or vague permission |
| Was the result independently tested? | A candidate, demo or local assertion |
| Did legal title permit commercial use? | An asset identifier or an algorithmic recommendation |
| What does the purchaser receive? | Confusing use, assignment or a share |
| Did money and securities actually settle? | A simulated wallet line, ticker or hash |
| Can another person review the evidence? | A statement that “all tests passed” without a scoped receipt |
AI Creation Council and FarmNode research — audited update
Candidate algorithm work now may involve FarmNode demand consolidation, a NIKI council proposal, adversarial review, independent WASM qualification and research-only FarmNetwork preservation before the existing rights and commercial gates. These extra steps do not bypass legal asset title, privacy, ENTITY authority or financial approvals.

UPDATED AUDIT · 23 OCT 2026 · 18:26 UTC
Latest Council and FarmNode qualification evidence
The completed 18:26 UTC audit reports 114/114 local tests in nine suites, including the earlier 70 tests (not 184 independent results). The 34 physical-host security tests qualify policy/refusal contracts only, not three real computers. Four explicitly approved hosted routes were zero-priced at the 18:17 UTC catalogue snapshot; no authenticated hosted inference comparison was completed.
