Initialize BTDU, ingest a pinned repository and reconstruct exact bytes
Run from the ENTITY repository root and use disposable state paths. The BTDU CLI requires a valid ENTITY state, BTDU state and the pinned ADAM runtime.
ADAM prerequisite:
--adam-root must point to the verified ADAM_v1_0_COMPLETE_SOFTWARE_REFERENCE_RC2 source root. The wrapper directory src/11_ADAM/full_runtime is not itself that source root.Initialize and verify state
