Latest verified engineering — 25 October 2026
25 October clarification: in the owner-defined contributed-compute service economy, participation is evidenced real computing work and a use transaction is actual permitted technology execution. Historical 24 October rights research remains preserved. Unissued contribution units are not market capitalization.

Three different transactions
Use right (U): a licence to use a defined asset for a stated purpose, term and scope. Transferable asset right (A): an assignment or transfer of an identified intellectual-property or commercial interest, only to the extent legally granted. Investment security (I): an ownership, debt or other legally structured financial interest in an issuer; it does not automatically confer software execution or dataset access.
How computing is authorized
1. The account authenticates and proves control of the relevant right or grant. 2. The instrument or separate computing-entitlement record identifies a specific licensed circuit or capability. 3. ENTITY verifies subject, device, issuer, revocation and permitted scope. 4. Bridge delivers only consented inputs. 5. Studio supplies the permitted exact circuit version. 6. FarmNode verifies limits and deduplicates submissions. 7. The execution result includes a signed receipt with the correct job, identity and version. No step may be skipped because a ticker exists.
Required instrument information
Every instrument should disclose identifier and issuer, origin/provenance, legal classification, exact rights and exclusions, versioned eligible capability, duration and limits, revocation and dispute provisions, price and fee information when applicable, dependencies and risks. Instrument information pages are not substitutes for enforced permissions.
Current engineering
A local Studio integration was added to check account, identity, device, scope, version, compute limits and duplicate jobs. Its eight local research integration tests subsequently passed 8/8 after repairs were independently rerun. The newest full Exchange backend regression passed 239/239 (following an earlier 221/221 pass), but separate real purchases, entitlement redemption, cross-device authentication, payment settlement and live financial trading were not demonstrated by those tests.
Investor and user distinction
Someone who invests in an asset-focused company might own a security tied economically to that issuer. They do not automatically own the underlying data or obtain unlimited access to run a model. A licensed operator might hold compute rights without being an investor. These differences must be shown before a person makes a purchase or enters into a licence.
